| Food, Petting Zoo A "Hillbilly Hoedown," featuring a petting zoo for the kids, live music and food booths will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Beverly Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 6700 Sepulveda Blvd., Van Nuys. Van Nuys Beverly Manor Hosts Hillbilly Hoedown Promising "honk-tonk mayhem," the Beverly Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing center will host a Hillbilly Hoedown tonight. The event will feature barbecued food and musical acts, including Yodelin/Dan Janisch, the Inbreds, Melba Toast & Her Hungry Housewives and Little Miss Tammy Smith. "We want to let the public come and hang out with us and see that we have fun," said organizer Sherri McGee, a Kentucky native who recruited musician friends for the event.
